We’re Hiring: IT Project Management Coach (Part-Time, 60–75%) Location: Remote Are you passionate about IT Project Management and eager to empower the next generation of project leaders? Join us as a Coach, where you’ll guide and mentor motivated students on their path to becoming skilled IT Project Managers or upskilling in coordination, communication, and problem-solving. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging lectures and practical exercises to shape the next generation of IT Project Managers. Collaborate with fellow coaches to support students throughout their journey. Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry trends and tools. Facilitate retrospectives, workshops, and hackathons for students. Help foster a culture of honesty, equality, and collaboration. About You 3–5 years of professional experience in IT Project Management (Germany or Europe preferred). Hands-on expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Miro, Mural, FigJam, Slack. Experience in teaching, mentoring, or a willingness to learn. Strong communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills. A collaborative team player with empathy and leadership skills. Fluent in English and German (C1 level required).
