Full-Stack Engineer Location: Hybrid (Cairo preferred, with flexibility) Reports to: Managing Director About the Role We are a strategy-driven, technology-focused team building the next generation of business performance tools. Our work spans strategic advisory and scalable product development, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered tools, smart systems, and process automation to improve business operations across industries. We’re currently developing a modular, no-code platform that enables business teams to design, automate, and execute complex workflows end-to-end. Alongside this, we’re building: An interactive business simulation game for leadership and capability-building programs A portfolio of bespoke AI tools for business use cases A flexible ERP system to support internal operations As our product ambitions grow, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to lead development across this suite of offerings, starting with MVP delivery and scaling toward full productization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable MVPs for workflow platforms, simulation games, and internal systems Own the full development lifecycle: architecture, infrastructure, deployment, and optimization Define stack decisions, security protocols, and development conventions Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, Git flows, testing frameworks, and developer documentation Manage freelance developers and contributors, including code review, QA, and task planning Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align on functionality and scope Lead technical discovery, scoping, and delivery strategy for new products Support and evolve internal ERP systems to scale operations and track performance What We’re Looking For Core Requirements 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally with MVPs and internal tool development Strong proficiency in both front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end environments (Node.js, Python, or similar) Deep understanding of API development (REST/GraphQL), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and modern database systems Experience managing release cycles, DevOps, and cross-functional delivery Background in startup or lean product environments with high autonomy and speed Hands-on experience with: No-code/low-code tools, workflow builders, or automation platforms AI/ML tool integration (e.g., GPT, LangChain, vector databases) Proven ability to manage freelance developers and external contributors Strong systems thinking to translate business needs into scalable technical architecture Preferred Experience Prior work in product-led consulting, venture studios, or innovation labs Experience building ERP systems or performance tracking tools Who This Role Is For A technical generalist with strong full-stack foundations, ready to take ownership of early-stage product builds A builder with product sense who understands the business logic behind systems A systems architect interested in designing workflows, not just features A hands-on leader ready to build infrastructure, manage people, and deliver working products Someone eager to help shape the technical culture of a growing product team Why Join Us Work on real products that solve real business problems—not just demos Operate in a fast, lean environment—shipping MVPs, testing, and iterating continuously Collaborate closely with strategy, design, and engineering teams Own the build—not just follow specifications Join at the ground floor—your work will define the technical DNA of what’s next
