About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to play a key role in the launch of our new AI-Recruiter product. This role blends outbound sales, cold calling, social media engagement, and marketing support to drive awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into early adopters. Key Responsibilities -Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, introduce AI-Recruiter, and book demos/trials. -Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers, research target accounts, and qualify prospects based on need and fit. -Social Syndication: Share and promote content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to build awareness and engagement. -Sales Support: Assist with demos, follow-ups, pipeline updates, and reporting. -Marketing Tasks: Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, email sequences, and promotional material for product launch. -Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights from conversations and feed them back to improve messaging, scripts, and positioning. What We’re Looking For Passionate Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident speaking with decision-makers. Result-Oriented Mindset: A drive to hit targets, overcome objections, and push through challenges. Organized & Proactive: Ability to manage outreach campaigns, track responses, and follow up consistently. Experience (Preferred but not required): Previous exposure to sales, cold calling, or marketing in SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment is a strong plus.
