Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Handle professional correspondence (emails, letters, documents) Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Arrange executive travel and logistics Draft official communications and assist in preparing reports and presentations Maintain digital and physical filing systems Support communication with internal teams and external stakeholders\ Ensure discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements 1–3 years of experience in executive or administrative support (preferably secretarial) Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field Strong command of Arabic and English (spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in communication and presence
