About the role

We are seeking a motivated Oracle ERP Assistant Technical Consultant to join our client’s team in the IT Services & Consulting sector, supporting a large-scale government project. Responsibilities: • Assist in customizing and maintaining Oracle EBS applications under senior guidance. • Provide support for technical issues and help resolve user tickets. • Support in developing PL/SQL scripts, reports, and workflows. • Assist in data migration tasks such as extraction, loading, and validation. • Participate in testing activities and prepare documentation. • Support integration tasks and automation initiatives as assigned. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to learn requirement analysis and solution design. • Maintain documentation for support activities and changes. • Learn and follow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS technical support, development, or related IT role. • Languages: Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage. • Certifications (Preferred): Oracle-related training or certifications are a plus. Job Competencies • Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP EBS technical development. • Familiarity with PL/SQL, OA Framework, or Oracle development tools. • Ability to troubleshoot and debug system issues. • Exposure to Oracle reporting tools (XML Publisher, Discoverer) is an advantage. • Willingness to learn integrations, workflows, and automation. • Good understanding of software development basics (SDLC). • Ability to prepare documentation, test cases, and reports. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
