Our MVP is live and validated, and we’re now hiring a Senior Flutter Engineer to lead the rebuild into a secure, scalable, and high-performing production-ready product. You’ll work closely with the founder, product designer, backend engineer, and marketing lead — a lean, ambitious team taking the app from prototype to full launch. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Own the Flutter app end-to-end — architecture, code quality, and release. Refactor the MVP into a modular, maintainable, and production-grade build. Translate Figma/XD designs into pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces with smooth animations. Integrate APIs securely and efficiently with backend services. Implement strong data protection and secure communication practices (SSL/TLS, encrypted storage). Optimize performance across Android and iOS platforms. Set up CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and crash/error monitoring. Collaborate on product logic, feature feasibility, and scaling strategy. 🛠️ Requirements 4–7 years of professional mobile development experience. 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experience with published or production-ready apps. Proven track record contributing to a live consumer product (from MVP to launch). Strong grasp of Flutter architecture and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.). Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication and error management. Skilled in implementing secure local storage (Hive, encrypted prefs, SQLite). Knowledge of offline-first strategies and app performance optimization. Familiar with Firebase, CI/CD, and analytics tools (e.g., Crashlytics). Bonus Points: Startup or small-team experience.
